Meet the family
Hi, I'm Rodolfo. My wife Sonia and I have called St. Albert home for four years, raising our four kids here, which means we know a thing or two about muddy cleats, salty winter boots and sneakers that never quite make it to the washer.
We started The Shoe Reset to help busy families like ours, one pair at a time. When you book with us, you're supporting a local family business, and we'll treat your shoes like they're our own.

Do I need to be home?
No. Just leave your shoes at your door in our bag on pickup morning — we handle the rest and deliver them back to your door.
How long does it take?
Your shoes are back at your door within 3 business days.
What if my shoes are very old or damaged?
We clean, we don't restore or repair. We'll get them as fresh as possible, but results depend on the shoe's condition.
Which areas do you serve?
St. Albert, Alberta — pickup and delivery are free anywhere in the city.
How do I pay?
By card, charged when your shoes are ready — never upfront.
What about suede or dyed materials?
Some dyed suede may bleed. If there's a risk with your pair, we'll let you know before we clean them.
